Application Overview

The precision filter element is the core component of the filter, used for the purification treatment of oil, water, air, and other media. It protects equipment by intercepting impurities or improving the cleanliness of the media.

Applications cover steel smelting, power production, chemical, and other industrial fields. The filter element is composed of multi-layer fibre filter material, using hydrophobic oleophobic fibre and high-strength skeleton to enhance air permeability. Some models are equipped with German fine-pore sponges to improve the coalescence efficiency of oil droplets, and anti-corrosion nylon end caps and sealing rings to ensure air tightness and durability.

According to the medium, it is divided into three categories: air, water and oil. Materials include PP meltblown, activated carbon, and stainless steel fibre felt, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.01μm and a residual oil content as low as 0.003ppm. Products comply with ISO international standards, covering rupture resistance and differential pressure flow characteristics.
