At JCTECH, we utilize multi-layered borosilicate micro-glass fibers sourced from leading materials suppliers. These fibers exhibit high temperature tolerance and chemical inertness when exposed to synthetic, semi-synthetic, and mineral compressor oils. The structural matrix of the media is critical; it must feature graded density to optimize particle capture while maintaining low resistance to airflow.
During the separation process, high-velocity air flowing through non-conductive glass fibers can generate static electricity. If left ungrounded, this charge poses a significant hazard inside the oil receiver vessel, where flammable oil mist is present. JCTECH addresses this safety concern by integrating robust electrostatic grounding systems into our design. Conductive metal components, including the inner and outer support mesh and the end caps, are bonded together. The addition of conductive gaskets ensures reliable electrical continuity back to the compressor frame, mitigating static discharge risks.
